Shantel is a touch longer than Andrea and more layered. Such a foolproof wig, just flip it on and go. Try it behind your ears, and you may choose to trim the bangs a touch. We suggest trimming bangs so they'll look very natural and be just out of your eyes. Never trim straight across, unless that's your trademark.

Your wigs r very high quality and Shantel is a great style. I find most wigs need to b cut to suit each individual person. My hope in the future from Godiva wigs is more lace front and in the silverstone colour more white hair around the face. Keep up the good work asking for reviews from your customers and making some changes. Thankyou

With a little thinning and bang trim, it looks wonderful and so natural looking. I'm actually a petite head size but this fit me after I tightened the straps. Please please make more of your styles in petite sizes!

My hair has been thinning for well over a year. I've had it cut in a pixie, but my scalp has been showing through way too much. All the tricks that you used to work to hide my scalp are working less and less. I've tried a variety of wigs from Godiva and settled on to top pieces, Christi and Alana, both in Dark Chocolate. I decided to take the leap to a full wig but needed something that wouldn't be too obviously a wig. Many co-workers had seen me in the hair pieces, and I was worried about making the transition. After ordering in returning several others, I found chantel. I cut some bangs on her, and she is beautiful. The Dark Chocolate color perfectly matches my little sideburns, and she looks young and fun. I couldn't be more pleased. I wish she could be ordered with the mono scalp, but otherwise she is definitely the one for me.

You know you have a winning look when somebody comes up to you in the airport and tells you that you have the most beautiful hair they’ve ever seen. Compliments on my HAIR? Never would I have dreamed this could happen. This type of thing happens on a regular basis these days – not just with my newest wig (Shantel in Frosted Taupe), but also with Aria and Carly (both in Sandy Silver). My brown-toned wigs garner compliments too, but wow, the grays seem to be the perfect fit for me. I have come a long way from the person who was afraid EVERYONE WOULD KNOW I WAS WEARING A WIG to one who can choose a good hair day any time I want. Thank you, Godiva’s Secret!

Here is my new Shantel in Maple Sugar. I love all my layered GSW wigs but I’ve been searching for a bob and Shantel is the winner. She is beautiful with lightweight fibers which are soft and move effortlessly. I had her trimmed, thinned a bit with a few layers added in front and now she is the perfect bob for me.

I have Shantel in Maple Sugar. The color is so pretty. Lots of soft highlights. Shantel is easy to make her you own. I love big hair so I pump her up. I do like Ro says. Make the fibers dirty. lol. I tease her up and spray her with Keep It There hairspray. I’ve been a customer since early 2000. I have 5 toppers and 4 wigs. I only buy my wigs and toppers from Godiva Secret. I have been very satisfied with their product and customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rochelle on the phone. She is so sweet. Check this company out! You will love their products.

I usually wear chin length bobs so wanted a different style in a little longer length. I had overlooked Shantel but after seeing several customer reviews and photos, decided to try it, especially since it's available in frosted taupe. I like that Shantel has very little permatease, very nice fibers, and nice movement. My beautician trimmed a little length off the back and trimmed bangs. One thing I would prefer is that the entire wig would be the same color without the lighter hair around the face, which for me is too light plus I just really like the frosted taupe. Unlike my bobs, I have to work with the front a little to style it as I like and to hide the front wig line since it is not a lace front wig. Overall, I do like Shantel and have worn it several times.

This was my birthday wig! She was flat out of the bag. I had to work with her awhile to finally get a little lift on top. The bangs were so long it was difficult to tell if she was going to work, but she did! My bio hair was curly and frizzy I didn’t think a straight Bob would work, but it did! I’m glad I kept her. She is a comfortable wig to wear everyday.

Does it come in rooted colors

How does wearing a medium length wig like this fair in warmer seasons? I am from Australia and temps in Spring-Summer can be between 25-40 degrees celsius. Thanks.
