Shipping & Handling
What are my shipping options?
We offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority, USPS Express Shipping, and DHL Express International Shipping, depending on your order weight and destination.
NOTE: We are unable to provide the exact date your order will ship out, but rest assured we work as quickly as possible and you will receive a tracking email once it does ship.Â
DOMESTIC ORDERS (Within the United States)
- All U.S. Orders over $99 have the option for FREE Priority Mail Shipping! (subtotal must be over $99 after any discounts)
- If your order weighs less than 1 ounce, you will have the option to choose a USPS First Class Envelope, which is $5. Â
- For all orders, you have these options:
- Priority Mail (generally arrives 5-10 business days after being shipped)
- Priority Mail Express (generally arrives 1-3 business days after being shipped)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
- *Due to Covid-19, some international orders are taking longer to arrive at their destination and get through customs. We have no control over this process. For the fastest shipping, we suggest you choose DHL Express.
- **Currently, we are not able to ship to Brazil, Mexico or UAE.Â
CANADAÂ Â
- If your order weights less than 1 ounce, you will have the option to choose USPS First Class Envelope- Canada, which is $6, and usually takes 7-21 business days for delivery; this method is not insured.Â
- For all orders, you have these options:
- Priority Mail International (generally arrives 10-14 business days after being shipped)
- Priority Mail Express International (generally arrives 2-7 business days after being shipped)
- DHL Express (generally arrives 2-7 business days after being shipped)

- DHL Express (generally arrives 2-7 business days after being shipped)
- Note for India: Orders going to India seem to have very high duty costs at this time. You are responsible for paying these duties to receive your order.
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
- For all orders, you have these options:
- Priority Mail Express International (generally arrives 2-7 business days after being shipped)
- DHL Express (generally arrives 2-7 business days after being shipped)

I forgot to use my promo code. Can I still apply it?
bWe are unable to apply promo codes after an order has been placed. Â
If I place a PREORDER with other items too, when will the other items get shipped?
If in United States: If the other items total over $99, they will ship out right away and you will receive free shipping. If they are under $99, they will be held and shipped with the preordered item.Â
If International: All other items will be shipped along with the preorder, regardless of the total. If you need items right away, do not include them in your preorder. Â
What does your shipping label say?
Our shipping label simply says Godiva's Secret. It is meant to be discreet. Â
When can I expect my order to ship?
We process orders each business day (Monday through Friday). If all items are in stock, your order will ship out within 1-3 business days. During our big promotions, allow an extra 1-2 days for your order to ship out. Â
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us stating that the Status of your order has changed to Shipped and there will be a Tracking Number that you can click on to track your order.
If you don't see that email, you can email us or call Toll Free (877) 567-9447 and request the Tracking Number. We are happy to track your order for you as well.
What if my tracking shows the package was "delivered" but I did not receive my package?
 In rare cases, packages may show as "delivered" but could take an additional 24 hours to arrive, so please wait the extra day before contacting us. After that, you MUST call or email Godiva's Secret Wigs within 5 days to let us know that your package is missing. If we are not notified quickly, there may be nothing more that we can do, as the shipping carrier must be notified in a timely manner.Â
What if my package is damaged when I receive it?
If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse the delivery at no cost to you. If you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately.
What if I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address on my order?
Please contact us as soon as you realize the address is incorrect. If the order has not shipped out yet, we will be able to correct the error. However, if the order has already shipped out, and it does not reach you, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to have the order shipped to the correct address.

How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website and follow the simple one-page checkout.  If at any time you are having trouble placing your order, please call (818) 591-0808, Toll Free (877) 567-9447, or email us at Info@GodivasSecretWigs.com and we will gladly walk you through it. We can place the order over the phone for you as well.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, or modify the style/color you ordered, it must be done within 1 hour of your order being placed.  You MUST CALL (877) 567-9447 to modify your order. We will then verify that the order has not shipped out yet. We begin processing each order very quickly in order to ship as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, we are unable to apply promo codes after an order has been placed.
I forgot to use my promo code. Can I still apply it?
We are unable to apply promo codes after an order has been placed. Additionally, only one discount may be used per order.
Can I use my Rewards Points and a promo code?Â
When redeeming Rewards Points, you are not able to apply any other promo codes at checkout. Our system only allows one discount per order.Â
If I place a PREORDER with other items too, when will the other items get shipped?

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
If you don’t see a product you’re looking for, email Info@GodivasSecretWigs.com or call Toll Free (877) 567-9447 and we will try to get you a price quote. We have many items available, which are not on our site.
How do I know if a product is available?
If the website is allowing you to order a product, it is most likely in stock. If you attempt to choose an item in a color that is out of stock, it will say "Sold Out" and you will see a pink button that says, "Notify When Available." Click that button and add your email or phone number to be notified when the product you want is back in stock. If you want to know for sure if a specific item is in stock, please email or call us and give us the Item Name and Color and we can look it up for you.
What color should I order?
Choosing a color can be tricky, especially when your only guideline is the color chart. If you have bought wigs from us before, you may already know the exact color you want. If this is your first time purchasing from us, here are a few helpful tips:
- Look at our Color Videos, found on our website or on YouTube.com.
- Look at the other wigs on our website to see larger pictures of many of the colors.
- Go to www.YouTube.com and look up Godiva’s Secret Wigs. We have created lots of videos and many show a 360 degree view of the wigs and the colors. This will also give you a better idea of the colors.
- If you are still having trouble, email us at Info@GodivasSecretWigs.com and tell us what you are looking for or send us a picture of your hair or a color that you like. Our experienced staff can help make color recommendations; however, we cannot guarantee that our suggestions will work for you. Our staff is not responsible if you do not like the color that you choose.
- If you want to actually be able to see all of the colors before you purchase a wig, you can order an entire Color Ring from us for $45.
- If you are having trouble choosing between a couple colors, you can purchase individual Color Swatches for $4 each. This is a wonderful way to compare a few colors and make your choice.
Can I purchase a Color Ring?
You can purchase a full Godiva’s Secret Wigs Color Ring for $45. This way you can actually see each color swatch.
You do not have to buy a full Color Ring. You can buy individual Color Swatches for $4 each. This is a great way to compare colors if you are torn between a couple.
What methods of payments can I use?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard,and PayPal.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged and funds are captured at the time of your purchase. *If you place an order and then decide to cancel it, it will take a few days for the funds to be returned to your account.
Will I be taxed on my purchase?
Orders shipped to an address in California are charged sales tax, because that is the state we are located in. Additionally, if we are shipping an order to any of the following states, we are required to charge a destination based sales tax, because these states require our internet sales to be charged sales tax.
Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Â
Can I order by phone?
If you feel more comfortable speaking with a salesperson, we will be more than happy to help you and take your order over the phone. Please call Toll Free (877) 567-9447, or locally (818) 591-0808 between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday.
When will my order be processed?
All orders placed on our website are processed by the next business day; however that does not mean that they will ship out that day.
I wanted to purchase a wig on your website, but accidentally ordered it twice. What do I do?
If you accidentally order the same wig twice, please call us Toll Free at (877) 567-9447 or email Info@GodivasSecretWigs.com immediately. We will look into it and make sure you are only charged once. Sometimes, it appears that you ordered twice, but it was only charged once.
How do I get a final invoice?
The invoice will be emailed to you when your order is placed. A copy will also be included in your package along with the item(s) you purchased.
Do you have a catalog?
Since we are constantly adding new styles and colors to our collection, we do not have a catalog. All of our wigs can be seen on our website. If you are searching for something that you don’t see on our website, please email us at Info@GodivasSecretWigs.com or call us Toll Free at (877) 567-9447 and we will try to help you find what you are looking for.
I sent you an email and I never got a response. What happened?
We always attempt to answer emails as soon as we receive them, but sometimes it may take a day or two. If you have not received a response from us after two days, it is most likely that we did not receive your email or the response was sent to your spam mail. In that case, please try again. We want to help each person and answer every single question you may have!
Returns
How to start a return
A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED.Â
*If your order number starts with "G-", be sure to include that for your order number.You will be guided through your return, and U.S. orders will be able to print a return label at the end.
What is your return policy?
You have 20 days to return the product to us from the date it was shipped to you.Â
To be eligible for a return:Â Â Items must have tags attached -- Not cut, altered or washed -- Odor-free, no sign of wear -- No makeup or styling product reside -- Not a Final Sale item
You have TWO options:
Option 1 : STORE CREDIT- No restocking fee. The entire amount you paid for the product will be given to you as a store credit for YOU to use on future purchases. A store credit can not be converted into a refund in the future. Store credits never expire.
Option 2: REFUND- Your product cost will be refunded back to the payment method(s) you used for this order, less a restocking fee of $10.00. (Store credits can not be refunded. See below for details.)
*Note: If you request our assistance in selecting a style or color, please understand that we can only make suggestions and cannot guarantee that these suggestions will work for you. We cannot waive the restocking fee on returns, so please be sure to order carefully.
How do I make a return if I'm in the United States

If you choose a Refund, return shipping will be $17.95 (this includes the $10 Restocking Fee). Â

For International orders, we do not provide return shipping labels. If you choose a Store Credit, there is no fee.If you choose a Refund, there will be a $10 Restocking Fee.
Once you've done your online return, take your package to a delivery carrier and send it back via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Â
What do I do if I'm not able to print a return label?
Simply locate your invoice, check whether you want a Store Credit or Refund, then send your order back to the address at the top of the invoice.

Can I send back multiple returns in the same box?
Since the labels are based on the weight of the items in your return, if you add extra items to the box that were not on your return, the package will most likely be rejected by the post office and sent back to you.Â
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once we receive your returned product, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will submit the return, minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees. If you requested a refund, it does take a few days to get processed through the banks as well. Sometimes you won't see the refund until your next bank statement.
If you paid by Shop Pay Installments and are requesting a refund, please allow an additional 10 business days for Shop Pay to process the refund as well.
What happens if I send an item back that is past the 20 day return policy?
If we receive an item that is outside our return policy, but is less than 45 days old, we will give you a Store Credit, minus a 30% restocking fee.Â
If we receive an item back that is over 45 days old, we are not able to take this item back for a refund or store credit. We will assume that you are donating this to us, and we will give it to a person who needs it, but can't afford it.
What is your return policy for final sale items?
If an item is listed on our website as Final Sale, or marked on your invoice as Final Sale, it cannot be returned. Â
If i pay for my entire order with store credit and I don't like it, can I get a full refund?
No, a store credit can never be converted into a refund. However, any items you return will not incur a restocking fee when you've paid by store credit.  Â
If I combine my store credit with another form of payment on a future order and I don't like it, can I get a full refund?
No, the portion you paid with a store credit, remains a store credit. However, the portion paid for by another form of payment can be refunded back to that form of payment. Â
