Note: Godiva's Secret Wigs Consultants are bound to the Consultant Terms they have previously signed and agreed to.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the style or color that you chose, you have TWO options:
Option 1 : STORE CREDIT- No restocking fee.  The entire amount you paid for the product will be given to you as a store credit for YOU to use on future purchases.  We do not offer automatic exchanges. Your store credit does not expire and can not be converted into a refund.    
Option 2: REFUND- Your product cost will be refunded back to the payment method used to pay for your order, less a restocking fee of $10.00.

Shipping and handling fees are not applicable for a credit or refund.
**Note: If no option is chosen, you will be given a store credit for the return amount.

Check to be sure you're eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, we must receive your product back within 20 days of the delivery date and your product(s) must meet ALL of these requirements:
1.  Tags attached
2.  Odor-free, no sign of wear
3.  No makeup residue
4.  Not cut, altered or washed
5.  Not a FINAL SALE item

If you request our assistance in selecting a style or color, please understand that we can only make suggestions and cannot guarantee that these suggestions will work for you. We cannot waive the restocking fee on returns, so please be sure to order carefully.

Returns must be mailed to our Corporate Office, located at 5230 Las Virgenes Road, #285, Calabasas, CA 91302.  If you item is not mailed to the proper address, and using a traceable method, we are not responsible for lost returns.
