Every piece here adds to the hair you already have instead of covering all of it. Our toppers sit at the crown and clip into your own hair, so the hair at your sides and back is still yours. Our bangs come attached to a headband, so you get hair at the forehead under a scarf, a turban or a hat. Our clip-in ponytail and our scrunchies arrive already wrapped with high-quality synthetic hair, so you can add length or fullness to a ponytail or a bun.

Shapes run from smooth and straight through soft waves and defined curls. Some tops cover the crown and stop there. Others fall well past your shoulders, and some arrive with the bangs already cut in.

Machine teased tops and monofilament tops are both here, so you can have fullness through the crown or a part you can move.

Our tops come in solid colors and in rooted colors, where a darker tone at the base reads like your own regrowth. Colors run from silver, white and salt and pepper through blond, brunette and red.

How to tell whether you need a hair piece or a full wig

A hair piece works with the hair you have. A wig replaces it. That is the whole decision, and you can settle it at a mirror. Look at the sides and the back of your own head, because that is what a piece clips into and blends with. If the sides and back still look the way you want them to, a topper covers the top and lets the rest of your hair show. If you want a different color, a different length and a different shape at once, you want a wig.
