What makeup matches your wig or topper color?

Moodiful is our own makeup line, chosen to work with the color of a wig, a topper or your own hair rather than sit against it. The eyeshadows come matte, shimmer and metallic, singly or in palettes put together one color group at a time, blonds, browns, reds and greys. Our pressed blush, mosaic face powder and shimmer powder are talc free and paraben free, and they go on light so you can build the color up slowly. Masc-A-Gray is a mascara wand for hair instead of lashes. You brush it along the hairline to cover grey at the roots, or through a wig or topper to add a rooted look or a highlight. It dries in about a minute and stays until you wash it out. The brushes are matched to those products. A kabuki and a mini kabuki go with the powders, a fluff brush and a shadow blender with the eyeshadows, and a fine angular brush with liner.

How to match your makeup to a new wig color

Your makeup was chosen for the hair you used to have. Change the hair and the same blush can suddenly look wrong on you, which is confusing, because nothing about your face has changed.

Work from the wig outward. Put the wig on first, then hold the shade beside your cheek in daylight rather than against the back of your hand. Grey and silver ask something different of a blush than a warm brown does, and you will see it the moment the wig is on your head.
