What do wig color swatches and color rings show you?

A color swatch is a small piece of the same fiber our wigs and toppers are made from, cut in one of our colors. You hold it against your skin, in the light of your own room, and see the shade the way you will see it every day. Our individual swatches are sold by family. You can order blond colors, brown colors, grey colors or red colors, and compare shades inside the range you are already leaning toward. Our Color Ring gathers our colors onto a single ring instead. Reach for it when you are torn between several shades, or when you would rather see the whole palette at once. Many of our colors are blends rather than one flat shade, so a single swatch can carry more than one color in it. The swatches on the ring are the same size as the ones sold individually.

How to be sure of a wig color before you order

Your screen is guessing. Two monitors show the same shade differently, and the lamp in your own bathroom moves it again once the wig is on your head.

Four dollars settles what a photo cannot. Order the swatch for the shade you are weighing up, hold it against your skin at a window, then look again that night under your own lights. Swatches come grouped as blond, brown, red and grey. The color ring is $45 and puts the shades side by side in one hand, which earns its money if you expect to buy more than once.
