"Just for You" Special Orders
Do you wish the style/color wig or topper you loved hadn't been discontinued?
Do you love one of our wig or topper styles but wish it came in one of our other colors or sizes?
We may be able to make this happen, just for you!

If we can guarantee that we can make your choice of style, color and size, are you alone willing to preorder and prepay 50% for ONE STYLE, ONE COLOR & ONE SIZE in the following quantities:Minimum order of 3 for monofilament or lace front wigs or toppersMinimum order of 6 for machine-teased wigs or toppers50% payment is required to create the order - The balance will be charged 3 months laterSee "Payment Policy" below for details.
"Just for You" orders take approximately 3-4 months to produceYou have 2 options:
1. Return for a Store Credit minus a 20% restocking fee. (never expires)
2. Return for a Refund minus a 40% restocking fee.
PAYMENT POLICY
Because "Just For You" wigs are specially ordered for you, we require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. This allows us to begin creating your special order without requiring you to pay the full cost upfront.
The remaining 50% balance will be charged 3 months after the order is placed on a predetermined date. Please note that the final payment may be processed before your wig is ready to ship, depending on production and delivery timing.
We set up our payment schedule this way specifically so that you do not have to pay the full cost of your special-order wig when you place your order.
Please note: Promo codes cannot be used on Just For You Special Orders. Rewards Points may be redeemed toward your purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the nature of "Just For You" Special Orders and their estimated 3–4 month production timeframe, Express Shipping is not available on Special Orders, regardless of how long the order takes to be completed.
Special Orders will ship using our standard shipping method once they are received and ready to be shipped.
