What machine teased wig styles are in this collection
Machine teased means the wefts of hair are sewn onto the cap and the crown is teased for height, so the style carries its own lift before you touch it. This is our most popular cap construction and our most affordable.
Scroll back through and you will find cropped shapes with feathered sides and short cuts with wispy bangs over a softly fringed nape. There are chin-length bobs with ends that curve toward the face, and shoulder-skimming styles with long side-swept bangs. The long styles carry soft layers that fall well below the shoulders. Some are smooth and straight. Others are curled or waved through the sides and ends.
Toppers sit in here as well, so you can add height and fullness on top while your own hair shows around the sides and back.
Some of these also have a lace front, which gives you a natural looking hairline you can wear off your face.
The teasing holds its shape in high-quality synthetic fiber, so the lift comes back after you wash it. Machine teased caps come in our petite, average and large sizes, and the styles run short through long.
How to tell if a machine-teased wig will be too full for you
A machine-teased cap has the hair in wefts across it and teasing at the crown, which is where the lift comes from. Teasing is why this is our most popular and most affordable cap construction, and it is also why the crown sits fuller than your own hair sat.
Check a wig you already own. Part it at the crown and look down at the base. If you see teased fiber rather than a sheer mesh, you are wearing a machine-teased cap.
You have more say over the height than you think. The teasing is there to give you as much or as little height as you choose. Pat or smooth the crown down with your hands for less fullness, and stop short of brushing it completely flat.

If what you want is a part that reads as scalp, machine teasing will not give you one, and no amount of styling will change that.
