To remove white paper liner, bend inner corner and peel off white paper.  Repeat on other side.  Now set it down.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePutting On Your Neck-Less\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStep 1.  Gather hair up and away from back of your neck and clean neck area\u003cbr\u003eStep 2.
